Bi-weekly physical inspections
Walk-throughs of the interior and exterior with a written report and photos after every visit. Leaks, pests, HVAC, smoke alarms — anything visibly out of place.
Remote system monitoring
Where smart systems are installed, we watch them. Cameras, thermostats, water sensors, network status. Real-time alerts when something is off.
Mail & package management
Pickup, sort, hold, or forward — your call. Nothing piles up on the porch.
Seasonal preparation
Spring open-up. Fall close-down. HVAC service coordination, irrigation prep, pool/dock setup, and storm prep when needed.
Vendor coordination
Cleaners, landscapers, snow removal, contractors. We meet them, supervise the work, and report back.
