Because we installed your systems, we know what normal looks like. When something changes — a camera goes dark, a thermostat reads wrong, a smart lock stops responding — we know before you do.

Scheduled Home Watch visits

A trained team member walks every space on a fixed cadence — checking for leaks, climate drift, pests, security, and the dozen small things only experience catches. Every visit documented with photos.

24/7 system monitoring

Cameras, thermostats, smart locks, leak sensors, network — if it's connected, we're watching it. Anomalies surface to us before they surface to you.

Vendor coordination

Cleaners, landscapers, pool service, HVAC, electricians — we book, schedule, supervise, and keep the calendar so you don't. Already have trusted vendors? We work with them.

Arrival prep

Before you land, the house is ready. Heat on, lights set, beds made, pantry stocked, the car charging if you asked.

Standing orders, seasonal refreshes, special requests handled. Brands and preferences kept on file so you never have to repeat yourself.

What's the difference between Home Watch and a Concierge service?
Home Watch is the scheduled inspection of an unoccupied home — looking for leaks, climate issues, security concerns, pests, and the like. Concierge is broader: it includes Home Watch but adds 24/7 system monitoring, vendor coordination, arrival preparation, pantry and linen management, and single-source booking for everything the home needs. Smart Domain Concierge combines all of it under one team.
Do I need Smart Domain to have installed my smart home for you to monitor it?
No. We can monitor existing systems from most major brands — Control4, Lutron, Sonos, Ubiquiti, Nest, Samsung, LG, Sony, Savant, Yale, Ring, Apple HomeKit, and more. That said, our deepest insight comes from systems we installed, because we know exactly how they were configured and what their baseline looks like.
Can you work with my existing cleaners and landscapers?
Yes. We coordinate with the vendors you already trust, and in many cases improve those relationships through clearer scheduling, scope, and communication. We can also bring in new vendors from our trusted network if you'd like to compare quality or right-size the budget.
How often will you visit my home?
Visit frequency is determined by your care plan and how the home is being used. Most clients are on a weekly or twice-monthly cadence, with additional visits scheduled around travel, weather events, or contractor work. Frequency can change seasonally — we adjust as your needs do.
What happens if you find something wrong?
We document the issue with photos, contact you with a clear summary and recommended next steps, and — with your approval — coordinate the right vendor to resolve it. For urgent matters like leaks or security events, we respond immediately and brief you afterward.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance, and every team member who enters your property is bonded. We're also pursuing accreditation through the National Home Watch Association.
What towns do you serve?
Smart Domain Concierge serves Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod — including Milton, Hingham, Cohasset, Norwell, Hanover, Scituate, Pembroke, Duxbury, Plymouth, and Cape towns from Sandwich to Chatham. We do not currently serve Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Design and consulting services are also available in South Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona.
Can I customize what's included?
Every plan is built from the ground up around your home and how you live in it. Some clients want full concierge; others want Home Watch and monitoring only. We design the plan in our onboarding conversation and adjust it as your needs evolve.
